Insurance: We offer Group Medical Coverage for up to 7 people including yourself, your spouse, both your parents, and 3 children, covering medical costs up to 3 Lakhs on successful completion of your 6-month probation.
Stanford Courses: Every quarter, you will have the opportunity to enroll in one of the many Certified Courses offered by Stanford University under the Stanford Continuing Studies Program at no cost to you.
Coursera: We also offer Coursera Courses to help you progress professionally. Unlike Stanford Courses, you can start learning at any time by reaching out to us.
Hire-A-Star: If you refer someone who will be a great addition to our community, we will gladly prioritize their application, and give you a bonus once they finish their probationary period. The bonus can vary from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000.
Maternity & Paternity Benefits: All expecting parents are eligible for upto 6 months of Maternity leave, and upto 2 weeks of Paternity leave.

Learning Reimbursement: If you spot a course by another university, on a different platform that you think will help You in your role, go ahead and take it! We will reimburse you for the certification, and you can also claim Karma Points.
