The Role

In this role, you will

  • Plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality video content across YouTube, social media, marketing campaigns, and podcast channels.
  • Collaborate with content, product, marketing, and leadership teams to transform ideas into engaging visual stories.
  • Own the video production process from concept development to final delivery.
  • Create and maintain a video content calendar aligned with quarterly business and marketing goals.
  • Produce promotional, educational, thought leadership, and brand-awareness content.
  • Optimize video content for engagement, reach, and audience growth across channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.

The Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in video editing and content creation

Expertise

  • Proven experience creating end-to-end video content, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Experience producing product demos, promotional videos, educational content, brand campaigns, social media videos, and customer success stories.
  • Hands-on expertise in planning, shooting, directing, and editing B2B video content.
  • Experience creating customer and employee interviews, event coverage, and podcast content.
  • Ability to develop storyboards and craft compelling visual narratives.

Tools & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D elements, visual effects, and compositing.
  • Strong understanding of content performance, audience engagement, and video optimization.
  • Ability to create compelling video titles, hooks, and descriptions.
  • Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing video content calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Ability to define and track video KPIs, including views, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
