We are looking for Training Specialists to support us as we expand to simplify more businesses from around the globe.

We work closely with multi-functional teams to improve our products, services, and our customer experience


  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
  • Deliver training courses
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ work behavior
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development

You are a Good Fit For this Job, If You,

  • Have proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Have extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • Have the proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Have adequate knowledge of learning management software
  • Are familiar with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
  • Are familiar with talent management and succession planning
  • Have the ability to conduct a cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
  • Have the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Are proficient in MS Office and in database software
  • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Have a knack for analyzing and solving problems
  • Have impressive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders of different levels
  • Are of the habit of thinking outside the box
  • Are proactive team players and work seamlessly in teams of all sizes
  • Have the ability to adapt and switch between contributing collaboratively and individually

Experience with writing books and/or ebooks is an added advantage.
