The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute outbound strategies targeting distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
  • Build scalable prospecting and outreach processes across email, LinkedIn, and calling.
  • Create, test, and refine outbound playbooks, sequences, and messaging.
  • Personally generate qualified opportunities in the early stage.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to refine ICPs, targeting, and outbound messaging.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure strong qualification and smooth handoffs.
  • Share structured feedback from prospects to improve positioning and product-market fit.

The Requirements

Experience

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS, eCommerce platforms, or digital commerce solutions.
  • Strong track record as an SDR/BDR individual contributor, consistently exceeding targets.

Expertise

  • Experience building or scaling an SDR function in an early-stage or growth environment.
  • Ability to design and run outbound systems (CRM, sequences, playbooks).
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing conversion metrics and pipeline health.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and coaching skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Tools + Skills

  • CRM platforms: Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  • Outbound sales playbooks, sequences, and pipeline management.
  • Data analysis and performance tracking.
