The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Generate interest and create qualified sales opportunities by engaging with operational leaders, from Directors to C-level executives, in North America’s manufacturing and distribution sectors.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Managers.
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of new prospects.
  • Establish long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to ensure lead qualification as sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on progress and results.

The Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a strong emphasis on SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and sales targets.

Expertise

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for phone and email interactions.
  • Adept at identifying customer needs and aligning them with product offerings.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with emerging prospecting tools and technologies.
