We are looking for Presales Consultants to support us as we expand to include more businesses from around the globe.

We work closely with multi-functional teams to improve our products, services, and our customer experience.

Roles

  • Work on proposals including defining templates, content creation, and design.
  • Function as a liaison between the sales team and the development team.
  • Assess/analyze the client’s processes and requirements to provide creative solutions.
  • Grow business and drive revenue for the organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue for various streams.

You are a Good Fit For this Job, If You,

  • Have 2+ years of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Have the ability to manage innovation across multiple accounts at the same time.
  • Have strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Are competitively skilled with presentation tools like Microsoft Powerpoint Presentation, G Suite or OneDrive.
  • Have a good hold of the latest eCommerce trends and products.
  • Are constantly finding new ways to incorporate the latest technology into day-to-day work.
  • Have a good understanding of the functional aspects from a business point of view.
  • Have experience handling P&L (Profit and Loss).
  • Have an eye for detail, with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Have impressive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders of different levels.
  • Have the ability to contribute collaboratively and individually based on business needs.
  • Are in the habit of thinking outside the box.
  • Are a proactive team player and work seamlessly in teams of all sizes.
  • Are driven by the spirit of innovation, learning, and love taking on new challenges.

Public Speaking experience is an added advantage, as is a well-rounded understanding of Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce.
