Business Analysts at DCKAP are strategic thinkers and solution architects, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems. They excel in managing the project lifecycle, from gathering and documenting business and functional requirements (BRDs/FRDs) to overseeing UAT and Go-Live delivery. With expertise in APIs and system integrations, they troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows for success. Proficient in tools like Jira and platforms like Shopify and Salesforce, they work closely with clients and teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
The Role
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to implement DCKAP Integrator (iPaaS/SaaS solution) for seamless data integration between eCommerce platforms and ERP or API-supported systems.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, system setup, integration development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live delivery.
- Draft and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Oversee post-live support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Provide functional guidance on ERP and CRM system integrations, such as Epicor Prophet21, DistributionOne ERP, Salesforce CRM, Magento, HubSpot, Shopify, and EvolutionX.
- Collaborate with clients during post-sale, implementation, and post-live phases to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring smooth project implementation.
- Adopt and leverage Jira for task and resource management, and to improve transparency and efficiency.
The Requirements
Experience
- Minimum Work Experience – 3 years.
- Domain-based Work Experience- At least 2 years
Expertise
- Excellent client-facing skills and a commitment to customer success.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with a focus on systems integration.
- Expertise in drafting BRDs, FRDs, and leading UAT processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Jira and other project management tools.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM systems, and eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and its application
