The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Define, build, and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Set up scalable processes for prospecting, outreach, and pipeline creation.
  • Create, test, and refine outbound playbooks based on learnings and customer feedback.
  • Partner with Marketing to align on ICPs and refine messaging for maximum impact.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of outbound strategy through data-driven feedback loops.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and drive high conversion rates.
  • Share insights and product feedback from prospects to help shape product-market fit.

The Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in selling eCommerce services, or digital commerce solutions.
  • Strong track record as an SDR/BDR individual contributor, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience in SaaS Product Sales will be an added advantage.

Expertise

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and coaching skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • Adept at identifying customer needs and aligning them with product offerings.
  • Ability to design and implement outbound sales processes and tools (CRM, sequences, playbooks).
  • Data-driven mindset: skilled at analyzing performance metrics and iterating quickly.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize outbound strategies.
  • Experience scaling an SDR team from the ground up, from early stage through growth.

Tools + Skills

  • CRM platforms: Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  • Outbound sales playbooks, sequences, and pipeline management.
  • Data analysis and performance tracking.
