The Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor DevOps teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Define and communicate division goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
- Develop and optimize DevOps processes, workflow, and SOPs tailored for SaaS environments.
- Manage cloud resources on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, streamlining deployment and testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate code changes seamlessly.
- Define and enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and third-party services to enhance delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for DevOps processes and policies.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill team members and stakeholders on best practices.
The Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in DevOps or Cloud Administration roles.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and driving strategies.
Expertise
- Strong Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Advanced scripting and automation using Bash, Python or PowerShell.
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or Travis CI.
- Familiarity with SaaS product development and deployment.
