The Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor DevOps teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define and communicate division goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
• Develop and optimize DevOps processes, workflow, and SOPs tailored for SaaS environments.
• Manage cloud resources on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, streamlining deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate code changes seamlessly.
• Define and enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and third-party services to enhance delivery.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for DevOps processes and policies.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill team members and stakeholders on best practices.

The Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in DevOps or Cloud Administration roles.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and driving strategies.

Expertise

• Strong Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Advanced scripting and automation using Bash, Python or PowerShell.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or Travis CI.
• Familiarity with SaaS product development and deployment.
